Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: Monthly, per pet rent and One-Time non-refundable per apartment fee applies for both cats and/or dogs. Dog Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $350 if both pets are under 25 lbs. and a fee of $400 if one pet is over 25 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. .
