Pets are allowed. Maximum weight of pet(s): 80. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Dogs over 20 lbs. are only permitted on the 1st floor. Dogs less than 20 lbs. are permitted on any floor. $ 350 non-refundable pet fee. A fenced in dog run is available for residents to exercise their pets with no leashes. No aggressive breeds.
